SPARK in the PARK is a week of activities for children, teens and families which takes place in Danson Park during the week at the end of July / start of August.
Hundreds of children come every afternoon 1.00pm for the sport and games, craft, inflatables and face painting. Low-cost refreshments are available and there are no other charges. Many families come out for the afternoon and spend it on a picnic blanket enjoying the sunshine while their children are occupied nearby. Halfway through the afternoon all activities stop for 30 mins while we sing, hear Bible stories and drama, with messy games and gunging. Participation is optional but we hope you will stay!
Children remain the responsibility of those who bring them at all times.
Evening activities take place 7-9pm (the football evening 6-9pm)
